Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery 

Our warehouses are located in United States and Hong Kong. For now, our premium Windy series are stored in the U.S. warehouse, lenses from all other collections are stored in Hong Kong.

Shipping Method

We offer Standard Free Shipping and Expedited Shipping for all eligible orders.

For Windy Lenses (Shipping from U.S.)

  • Standard Free Shipping usually takes between 1 to 5 business days to deliver.
  • Expedited Shipping usually takes between 1 to 3 business days to deliver. 

For Non-Windy Lenses (Shipping from Hong Kong)

  • Standard Free Shipping by global mail usually takes 10 ~ 15 days en route, and your order is supposed to deliver 15 ~ 20 days upon its placement.
  • Expedited Shipping cuts the en-route phase by half, you can expect to receive your order within 7 days after dispatch.

Shipping Fee

We offer FREE shipping worldwide for all lenses available on our website.

For orders totaling less than $99.00, Standard Free Shipping is applied by default, and you can pay extra $20.00 to upgrade to Expedited Shipping.
For orders totaling $99.00 or more, Expedited Shipping is applied for FREE.

When your order contains both Windy and non-Windy lenses, which is quite common, it will be split and the contained items will be shipped from U.S. and Hong Kong warehouses accordingly. In such cases, expedited shipping, if applicable, will be applied wherever its estimated adjustment in terms of shortening time en-route is the most significant, unless instructed otherwise in your note alongside the order.

Dispatch Time

All eligible orders are packaged carefully in the nearest available warehouses, and will be dispatched within 48 business hours of their placement (Windy lenses will be shipped within 24 business hours of their placement). Orders placed over the weekend or on a national holiday will be shipped on the following business day. You’ll receive a shipping notification email containing the order tracking number once it’s shipped.

Important Information

There are factors that can inevitably extend the shipping process, while we are always trying our best to fulfill orders in a timely manner, customs clearance, carrier’s transport conditions, weather conditions, global / regional public safety issues may still disturb the process.
